Here at Baker & Loaf, we love bread and we love to teach.

Classes are taught by professionally-trained chef, food writer and certified bread-aholic Jennifer Ah-Kin. Having graduated from the diploma course at Leiths School of Food and Wine, she’s currently researching the history of bread, searching out breads from all across the globe, and mostly importantly, constantly baking in the quest for the Perfect Loaf.

She baked and photographed all the bread featured on this website.
